ACKNOWLEDGE

I am a sinner. However hard I try, I always fall short of perfect, and so I am separated from God by my wrong doing. I will never be good enough by my own efforts. I can’t make it on my own; I need someone to come alongside me and help me.

BELIEVE

Jesus is the Son of God, who took all of my shortfall upon Himself, and took the punishment that I deserved. He has bridged the gap between me and God, so I can trust God to completely forgive me.
​

PRAY

Dear Jesus,
I know that I have thought and said and done many wrong things, and there are many right things I have failed to do. (Speak out the ones which come to mind.) I know that even when I try really hard I can’t change myself. So I accept the gift You are offering me—that You died in my place, taking my punishment so that I no longer need to struggle with separation from God. I choose to put my trust in You, and ask You to take charge of my life.  
 Amen.

THANK

Thank you, Jesus for dying for me. Thank you that I’m forgiven for everything I have ever done; every bit of short-fall, big and small. Thank you that I am free to know God personally.
