"Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me."
[Matthew 28:7]
Perhaps away from the bustling city, full of Passover pilgrims, and away from the source of the most terrible stress, perhaps as they found their walking rhythm, & were absorbed into the peace of the countryside, perhaps they found their hearts were also quietened, & they were positioned to hear from God.
Often when we are stressed, the answer lies in a rhythmic activity, in allowing quietness to pervade the soul, & in putting ourselves in the way of God.
He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
[Psalm 23:1-3]
